Now that the musical part is over I would like to present this pack of alphabet flash cards, made to help recognise letters with the help of cute graphics of things and animals that start with the said letter.

Kids generally like learning with these and they often use them for play or other projects and activities.
Some kids traded them amongst themselves (they had different kinds) and some kids even started making their own to teach their siblings.
I haven’t yet come across a child who wouldn’t like them but then again you never know.
Printable Alphabet Flash Cards – ABC
This is the first set in my flash cards series and as I know we all have are preferences to what should be on each card (because of differences of opinions or because some letters have different ways of sounding them out) be sure to let me know what alternative graphics would you like to see and I’ll be making them as soon as I can – the more different alphabet flash cards the better if you ask me.
Do laminate them in order for them to last longer (and look prettier 😉
If you don’t already own one I do suggest getting a thermal laminator – it’s are really inexpensive and you’ll love it!
I really struggled with some letters of the alphabet when I was a kid and sadly my teacher wasn’t all that good in helping and aids such as this weren’t used (I think this was an issue with my teacher only).
I still remember how under pressure I felt as it was expected of me to learn it but I wasn’t given any means that would work for me.
Good old times wouldn’t you say? I’m so glad when I see how engaged and creative teachers and home-schooling moms are today (most of them at least). Bless you, each and every one of you 🙂
